Feasibility study looked at creating a new mixed use residential development in Wood Street, Walthamstow.

The philosophy behind this proposal was to reinstate this corner plot and create a new urban landmark, one that would contribute to the continuing regeneration of the area.
The proposal responded to the historic ambiguity of the site boundary, where previously the site was larger than it is today.
This forgotten boundary was reintroduced on the upper levels, emulating the original property and boundary. The mass of the building was contorted by the tenure it provided, through the external skin responding to the areas required for each apartment type, if disabled, family or 1 bed units.
